Northamptonshire County Council was restructured into two new unitary authorities (North Northamptonshire and West Northamptonshire) from April 2021. DMsqd is currently supporting the authorities to procure new highway term service contracts using the competitive dialogue procedure.
DMsqd is providing a range of technical and commercial services to support the authorities implement optimal solutions.
